i hate this town

Someone across the street just had Domino's delivered. I'm kind of jealous. Not that I can eat tomato products. Or delicious red meat toppings.

Today's Saturday. Game day. I don't get this town's obsession with that stupid college football team. Yeah, they're famous. But they're not even good anymore. It's my school. I should join the masses in their mindless collective hysteria joviality, right? I never did have very much school spirit, though (ironically, I was a cheerleader for a season in high school).

So I guess I'll just be at home today, sipping my Jim Beam & Dr. Pepper, and taking care of my convalescing puppy (he just got neutered a few days ago and is actually a 7-year-old Beagle, not a puppy at all). Play some guitar. Just be lame in general (nothing new, of course). This may be all by choice because I hate socializing and sometimes people in general, but it's still lame.

On the bright side, my Halloween costume has already arrived. I'm going to be a sexy pirate, as shown below.








I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the way it looks on me, but I've tried it on and it looks just as hot on me as it does on the model, if not hotter ;). I'm not tall or blonde, though. I also bought an eye patch and a prop sword to go with the outfit. I just haven't found the boots I want to wear with the costume, yet. I'm kind of excited about Halloween. I hope nothing goes wrong this year.

Oh, and I love that Hanes commercial with Jennifer Love Hewitt. She's so cute in it.
